Quality management requirements and systems for the production of metal structures
Quality requirements for fusion welding of metallic materials
Crane condition monitoring according to UNI ISO 9927-1, ISO 12482-1 (TWENTY YEAR VERIFICATION), in order to define the work cycles of the residual crane, performed by an expert engineer as defined by the previous standard.
NDT (non-destructive test) of the welds performed by our technicians to verify the overall integrity of the structure after 20 years of service.
Lifting accessories certifications are carried out according to the EN13155: 2009 standard, in order to apply the CE mark on the equipment. The work-flow of the activity includes the revision of the structural design (often borne by third parties) and a possible load test according to the requirements of the required standard, organized and carried out together with our technicians.
Fedco is also able to certify special equipment made with materials other than carbon steel (e.g. aluminum used in the defense sector).
