\nThese are structures with different degrees of complexity and dimensions (from single MAST to complex structures such as the DVOR antenna) made with different materials: hot-galvanized carbon structural steel, stainless steel, aluminum alloys.
\nThe latter are used where the legislation requires “frangible“ structures, that is, capable of collapsing easily in the event of an accidental collision with the aircraft without causing significant damage.
\nGiven the importance of these structures, in addition to the study, in synergy with the customer, a prototype has always been created for an assessment \/ validation of what has been designed.
